Shelter and Community Volunteer
At the shelter, I worked with a diverse team to manage phone inquiries and crisis hotline calls, supporting families affected by abuse. Being mindful of my personal triggers allowed me to approach emotionally charged discussions with compassion, ensuring clients received the understanding and support they deserved.

answered phone calls, delivering outstanding customer service, entered data, sourced and ordered parts, scheduled appointments, ran errands for parts, and kept the waiting area tidy and inviting for customers.
