Shelter and Community Volunteer

At the shelter, I worked with a diverse team to manage phone inquiries and crisis hotline calls, supporting families affected by abuse. I connected participants to resources, conducted risk assessments, and collaborated with community organizations to build a support network. Being mindful of my personal triggers allowed me to approach emotionally charged discussions with compassion, ensuring clients received the understanding and support they deserved.

2012-2022

Landscape and Design

I have also worked as a landscape and design assistant. I successfully developed, implemented, and managed garden designs across various regions in the Treasure Valley. Collaborated with various organizations to bring designs to life. Effectively addressed challenges impacting job performance and productivity. Ensured alignment with business goals. 

1995-2017

Office Coordinator

As an office coordinator I successfully 

answered phone calls, delivering outstanding customer service, entered data, sourced and ordered parts, scheduled appointments, ran errands for parts, and kept the waiting area tidy and inviting for customers.

Associates of Arts in Psychology

Susan Bringman completed her Associate's degree at the College of Western Idaho, focusing on psychology, and gained in-depth knowledge and expertise in understanding and researching various mental health issues.

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology

Susan Bringman is currently earning her Bachelor's degree in psychology at The University of Idaho, laying the foundation for her career in understanding human behavior, cognition, and emotional processes.
